Class Expectations for
Mrs. Einhaus
o When I am talking …you are not
o Raise your hand if you have a question
o Remain seated throughout the class, necessary movement allowed through group work and activities
o DRINKS/RESTROOM – take care of before class
o Once Bell rings, be seated and quiet
o After attendance is taken class will review events of prior class period and will be given an overview of the current day’s activities
o Listen carefully as lessons are introduced
o Attentively watch demonstrations/directions be ready to ask questions at the appropriate time. Please be sure questions are pertaining to the subject matter
o Students will be directed to get out supplies when needed, text books and folders are expected to be out at the beginning of class unless otherwise noted
o Work diligently an thoughtfully on any project, focus on your work
o When doing group work, think of your fellow group members as intellectual resources.
o Responsibilities of getting and putting away materials will rotate through the students, do your part when asked
o Be responsible for your desk and area around it, leave room in better shape than when you came in.
o Clean all material thoroughly and make sure all garbage goes into the trash can
o Keep conversation to a minimum with classmates and make sure it is centered around course work
o Remember …AS TALKING INCREASES, quality of work decreases!
o Be respectful
