School registration is scheduled for
Friday, July 31, 2020 7AM - 7PM
A friendly reminder from the LGS office when coming to register please bring a show of residence. Also, the following health requirements must be met before the first day of school.
Kindergarten:
-physical and recommended immunizations
-dental exam
-eye exam
2nd Grade:
-dental exam
6th Grade:
-physical
-dental exam
-tDap immunization
-meningococcal (MEN) immunization
***If your child will be participating in extracurricular sports, please be sure they have a current sports physical on file.***
